Great location but nothing else outstanding

A bit disappointing. They could do with touching up the rooms (paint, carpets). My wife has strong allergies when it come to pet hair. We are used to hotel staff doing their best to find out when pets such as dogs have been in the room the last time to avoid any allergic reactions. There was poor to none consideration of that. They are charging hotel guests €24 for an overnight onsite parking which is unreasonable. They also wanted to charge us €10 service fee to deliver a tea to the room which I've never heard of regardless;ess of 3-stars or 5-star-L hotels we have stayed in. Locations is exceptional and overlooking the cathedral and lake Como which is in my opinion the only highlight of this hotel.
