The hotel is lovely, location very central. Our issue was that it took us over an hour to check in. The hotel could not find our reservations and when they finally did, they allocated us the wrong rooms. When they finally resolved this, we were then prevented access to breakfast as none of our reservation information was transferred to our correct rooms. It was a total shambles and extremely embarrassing in front of our customers, making us late for our function. Improvement needed…

Worst hotel stay ever in the uk.
Cleanliness was poor, rooms full of dust, carpets stinks, mattress was lumpy and very uneven and most of all it was freezing. Not heating is the so called privileged package room. The weather is sheffield was freezing as its been all over the country. But to allow guest stay without provision of a standard heated room is criminal. Instead we got give the little radiators heats than couldnt even dry a sock. Awful experience for a so called decent hotel my back side.
