Amazing place to stay. Bathroom was terrific with great water pressure and very hot water. The room was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. They helped with laundry and a taxi. The front desk truly cares about the guest and spends time with each to be sure they’re good. Location is about 10 minutes away from everything.

Lovely hotel in a convenient place if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. Parking is expensive but it suited us well for our stay to just forget the car in a safe place. I could be really picky about tiny details like the stupid position of the soap over the bath and the height of the shaving mirror but generally it is excellent. Helpful, friendly staff and we really enjoyed the food at both breakfast and dinner.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were very helpful throughout our 4 night stay. Room looked a little worn, bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. The only downside was on two occasions we were woken up around 6:40/ 7:00 am from workman on the nearby building site. Also be prepared the car parking charge for the hotel isn’t cheap!

Easy access to the airport, bed was comfy, Aircon could use work. Staff at the desk seemed ill and was coughing/wiping their face with their hands before handing us our key. It would have been nice for them to wear a mask instead of risking infection.

A change of branding, it this hotel is still a very decent option for a stay in Belfast. A short walk from the centre of the city, but with easy parking and access. Could have done with a bottle of water in the room. I believe that this was an oversight and that they are usually provided.

Great hotel and great breakfast. Only complaint was the extremely poor bar service. I watched several people come to the bar to get a drink but then leave again as no one served them. We had one drink before the concert and then went on because of this. Money walking out the door!

Upon arrival the reception staff were welcoming. The entrance hall was beautifully decorated and smelt nice! The bed and pillows were comfortable, bedding was clean as were the towels. The catch on the window was loose, the marble sink surface was cracked, the temperature of the shower could have been warmer, and there were cobwebs in hard to reach places. The bar and dining room staff were attentive and polite. The hot buffet breakfast could have been warmer, but on the whole a lovely stay. Note there is a £14 daily car parking charge.
