The hotel was very nice. The staff were very welcoming and cheerful. Food was great and plentiful. My room was very spacious and clean - the only minor criticism is that the room was cold and took forever to get warm because they have an air conditioning system to regulate the temperature. Apart from that I would definitely stay there again - maybe not in the winter months!

The reception area is magnificent! It's clean, it has stylish furniture, the staff on arrival were very pleasant, warm and inviting. Check-in was a breeze. We decided to have food at the on site restaurant, Pomo. This as well was really good! We had the steak and it was cooked exactly to order. Staff there at Pomo were just as friendly as the hotel staff. The room itself was clean, great layout, the bed was comfortable. Checking out was just as easy as checking in, with a day of exploring we were able to leave our bags at the hotel and collect them later. Would definitely stay here again if in Belfast again!
