    El Mirador Acapulco
A very good hotel with minor issues.
A very good hotel for it's views and location. Our room had a king size bed, air con, Jacuzzi, and a balcony. The view from our balcony was beautiful. We stayed midweek and off season so we had a choice of tables in the restaurant and the waiter had time to tell us about the whales that can often be seen in the bay this time of year. The views of the small bay and the cliff divers is very good from the restaurant. The only downside is minor issues with the room. For example the balcony door lock was loose, one basin tap did not work and there was a hole in the shower curtain, but as I say these are minor.

The hotel was so pretty, excellent service. The bad thing is that the “funicular “ was not working and it was very tiring get to the bottom pool.

    Never again!!!!
From the moment we checked in we encountered a rude front desk agent. I had reserved two rooms with a view and only gave us one. Traveling here was a nightmare and to be received in such a matter by showing us rooms for an hour was bad. We had asked for water view, how was it that they didn’t get that? The staff laugh in front of you and do t know a thing about service, this however does not apply to the waiters at the restaurant.
