Sleep peacefully on the comfortable mattress of the king bed with fresh linens. The bathroom has a glass shower enclosure and white fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. The sleek floor drain adds a designer touch, and can drain off water faster making the shower area safer. A darker, gray slip-resistant tile helps visually define the area.

Dubai South is an emerging city built to support a million residents and create thousands of jobs. Demand for housing will be driven mainly from the airport & logistics economy. Billions of dollars are being invested by the Dubai & UAE Governments to develop the Expo 2020 site and related infrastructure. The vast majority of this investment is been taking placed since 2017. Post Expo, the Dubai Government plans to start shifting some of the major events & exhibitions here from the current Expo Centre along Sheikh Zayed Road.



In this community, MAG 5 Boulevard in Dubai South serves as an economic zone to support a number of activities including logistics, aviation, commercial, and exhibitions, humanitarian, residential and other related businesses.



Located right next to Al Maktoum International Airport, District 2020, and UAE’s Green Belt, the development has an advantageous position in Dubai. Here you will also find a future metro station and several bus lines. There are multiple access routes to the territory which include Sheikh Zayed Road, Emirates Road, and Expo Road. EXPO2021 is just around the corner which is expected to fetch millions of visitors.



Getting Around:

The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are easily booked through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone.



If you would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, Danube Metro Station is around 22 minutes’ drive. Go down to DMCC Metro Station and connect to the Tram Station from here if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. The train system will conveniently take you to other premier location around the city like Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates,

etc.


Other Things to Note:

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai rules and regulations, and the furniture. Smoking only on the balcony.
