Modern recently renovated, 2 bed duplex apartment overlooking the famous Chester Racecourse with stunning views. Fully fitted modern kitchen with granite worktops, full bathroom suite with stone hand basin. The apartment is bright with tasteful decor and the living space open plan.

The apartment is located 200 yards from the racecourse and 350 yards from the centre of town where there are plenty of places to shop and amenities. Points of interest within walking distance are the famous Roman Walls, Chester Cathedral, Grosvenor Museum and Chester Castle. Chester Zoo is 3.1 miles away.

Complimentary linen, towels, coffee, tea, sugar and water will be supplied during your visit.
In addition you will have access to a wine cooler and washer/dyer.

During your stay you will be allocated a car parking space in a private gated community, free of charge, no booking required.
