Super all-in en famille !

Super séjour à la Toussaint, dans un hôtel très calme et avec de nombreuses activités : piscine tranquille, piscine adulte, spa/sauna/hammam inclus, piscines pour enfants, plage (transats payants par société extérieure), mini-golf, salle de sport. Mon regret : une seule piscine était chauffée. Pour les adultes, ce n'est pas gênant mais pour les enfants, la piscine avec toboggans était glaciale !!! Aucun enfant n'allait jouer dedans... Les animations ne sont pas super (un peu vieillottes). Le personnel de restauration est très sympathique. Les repas sont bons et les cocktails très réussis. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Il y a même une kitchenette. Par contre on entend les bébés pleurer par les conduits d'aération. Bémol : la réception qui nous donne les clefs mais ne nous explique rien d'autre. Nous avons appris par la suite qu'il y avait un prêt de serviettes de plage. Lorsque nous avons demandé pour des pique-niques pour partir une journée en excursion, la réception nous a dit que l'hôtel ne proposait pas ce service. Or, le dernier jour, nous avons découvert un frigo en accès libre à côté du bar dans lequel se trouvent fruits et sandwiches!

Great hotel with many facilities

A great hotel with very many facilities😄 We were a family of four with teenage children and spent 9 days at the hotel. It is high quality and very good comfort of the beds and the rooms in general. We enjoyed the all inclusive with different type of food and dessert every day. It is a large hotel with many guests hence some noice, but since it was an adult pool area with a great view and a very nice beach this was not a problem.

Familienurlaub im September 2019

Wir waren als Familie mit einem 22 Monate alten Kind im Hotel. Das Animationsprogramm für Kinder war top, der Service war sehr gut und auch die Küche ist ausgezeichnet. Nicht gefallen hat uns die Lage unseres Appartments oberhalb der Bühne, auf der jeden Abend zwischen 21:00 und 22:30 Veranstaltungen waren, denn es war viel zu laut. Auf dem Balkon im 2. OG wurden zu dieser Zeit 85 Dezibel gemessen und im Appartment bei geschlossenen Fenstern immer noch mehr als 60. Ein bißchen eigenartig fanden wir, dass die Appartments Mittwochs und Sonntags nicht aufgeräumt werden.

Die Vielseitigkeit der Pools und die Distanz zum Strand sind super. Die Hälfte der Ferien war das Hotel nicht ausgebucht und man hatte genug Platz auf den Liegen und im Wasser. Als das Hotel voll war, war es leider einfach nur noch laut und chaotisch. Würde eher ausserhalb der Saison buchen. Das Essen hat man dann nach dem 4 Tag auch gsehen.

The first time in my life I see hotel who is not cleaning the rooms everyday and where you need to pays extra to use the safe in the room. It's supposed to be 4 stars hotel and safe and cleaning the room daily should ln't be an option. Also insulation is really bad as we hear everything from next room and we have had people from next our room complaining about hearing us as well. To me those things are unacceptable.

Das Hotel ist an sich sehr schön. Das Personal ist mega Aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen ist auch gut, es ist zu jeder Mahlzeit immer ausreichend für jedermann vorhanden. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat war das Abend Progamm. Die Kinderdisco ist am Nachmittag wo die meisten noch am Stand oder Pool sind. Das war im letzten Jar anders, da war es vor den Abend Programm.

Awesome beach holiday

Mallorca is a wonderful island. The beach and sea at Muro are spectacular. Zafiro Bahia de Muro is a wonderful, all inclusive hotel. The staff are fabulous, the atmosphere is relaxed and the pools, spa and other amenities excellent. We had a young teenager with us and could have used some activities geared towards them. But parents with young children will love it. Zafiro Bahia has a team of enthusiastic young employees always thinking about things for little kids to do. The food and drinks were fine for an all inclusive resort.

Rekomenderar Zafiro Bahia

Vi hade en riktigt fin vecka med hela familjen. Pga ej fungerande jacuzzi på terassen och en mycket oangenäm lukt som hotellet sa att det berodde på omkringliggande sankområden och blåsigt väder, så bytte vi rum och blev mycket nöjda. Överlag så var hotellet rent och frächt alldeles intill en fantastiskt strand. Vi hade allinclusive som var överraskande bra. Bra viner och drinkar med bra råvaror ingick även obegränsade besök på á la carte restaurangen vid havet. Frukosten hade allt- inklusive smoothies och cava. Middagsmaten var helt OK fanns mycket att välja på, även om det inte var någon gourmet mat. Gymmet var helt OK, fina padel och tennisbanor som man kan låna. Trevlig personal överallt! Rekommenderar att hyra bil om ni vill se något annat än närområdet som inte har något att bjuda på. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Zafiro Bahia för en semester med familjen!

It has extensive facilities, spacious rooms & was of a high standard. On the downside, only one of the smaller pools is heated, but this might not be a problem if you go in the height of summer (our trip was in April so the pools were too cold to swim in). We did have to queue at the restaurant for breakfast & dinner, this must be managed differently during busy periods. Overall a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly & attentive & the entertainment team worked tirelessly. I would go back to this hotel.
