The hotel and staff was excellent. The was a hiccup at picking-up from the airport because the pick-up point was not clearly indicated. The hotel should be conscious that not all the guests from the world are familiar with the setup, therefore, they should provide a map when the reservation is confirmed, indicating clearly the point where exactly inside the huge car parking to wait for the hotel's car. A picture of the car (showing the branded logo) in that particular picking-up spot would help too.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk to and from the airport. The staff, especially Cristian, were very kind, professional and welcoming. We were grateful to be upgraded to an executive room which we loved for its spacious area, cleanliness and decor. The reception and restaurant were cozy and the breakfast with plenty of food and drink options which tasted fresh. We were extremely happy with our choice and found it convenient to get to the city centre from here including public transport.

Staff were friendly and accomodating upon arrival. Greatly appreciate they were able to change the room to a twin bed last-minute. Breakfast was great, good selection. We forgot a couple essential items and they were able to provide it. Room was clean and we were able to request extra towels and tea when needed. Location is also a bonus! Very close to Therme and the airport. There was also a little convenience strore nearby and a traditional Romanian restaurant if you want to try some authentic Romanian food. Overall a pleasant stay, will come again.
