Really friendly staff, really nice clean rooms finished to a high standard. Loved the nice views from the room overlooking the river and the local ducks waddling past to say hello! The Cooked Scottish Breakfast was very nice, just to note if you want an evening meal you will have to visit the surrounding villages for a restaurant which i was unaware of when booking, but i didn't mind as there are some nice places to choose from. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again in future.

The Hosts Nikolai and Melinda were extremely helpful and engaging. Rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, with very modern accessories. The grounds are wonderful with birds everywhere, a stream running next to the property and an ancient stone bridge nearby (the bridge is the access to the property from the entry road. Really enjoyed the stay, and could have easily enjoyed staying longer.

I would absolutely recommend booking here if you want to stay in the area, whether for one night or more, the facilities provide a relaxing comfortable stay. The setting is idyllic and the house is immaculate. The only downside was the room we booked did not have en-suite avoid this room if you can. It did have a private bathroom across the corridor and the room was small. Despite all this it still is a beautiful place.
