Well worth the money paid for. Food choices very basic for all inclusive but enough to have a go at. Drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, were bang on. Staff at the bars were sound, receptionists also (bar one man). Wouldn’t bring my family, much more of a friend’s few days away, as limited for kids.

During the time of my visit, my car was broken into and my computer was stolen. The staff could not be bothered to call the police, and were incredibly unhelpful in dealing with the situation. The police asked me stay an additional few days on the property, but the hotel refused to offer a discount, or help with rebooking the accomodation. I ended up having to pay for over 500€ for 2 people, even though I was only 1 person, in order to stay at the request of the police. The food at the resort too was only British and German food. Thus, horribly greasy and fried. Very limited healthly options.

Our experience

We had a spacious sea view room, the bathroom was a nice size too. We were more than happy with the room. We were half board, but was disappointed with the choice of food. The dining room was like a works canteen. The staff worked hard clearing plates and rushing around, it was done on a budget and it showed. Would recommend eating out and about, it’s worth it, we found some nice restaurants all in walking distance. The pool was freezing so we didn’t go for a swim, which was a shame. But we always managed to get a sun lounger, even though the hotel was packed. The reception was very welcoming and friendly.

The hotel is in the perfect location if you are looking to spend some time in/ around Peurto De La Cruz. While not directly in the centre, it is within easy walking distance. As a basic hotel it has everything you need - clean lobby are and clean bedrooms which were satisfactory. However the hotel is quite worn down and in all honesty I have never had a worse hotel breakfast. Even the "fresh" tomatoes and cucumber were inedible let alone the rest of the food on offer. Staff were okay and attentive, although if you require car parking, don't expect there to be much room in the tiny off road car park across from the hotel. And with a lot of shops cafes and bars on that street, street parking is very slim.

BlueSea is clearly a very big company and the staff did not,in my opinion, see the guests as persons. It was really hard to get a smile on their faces or even a nod when you walked by. Some practical information was behind a QR code, for example when breakfast was served. Having been a guest at the hotel for three days I quite accidentally saw on an information screen that they offer for example Zumba classes. There was no information of that when we first arrived. WHY? For some reasons we only got one key for two persons so we had to ask for another one the next day. The breakfast was pretty plain. The sallad bowl was nearly always empty and the cucumber and tomatoes were "swimming" in water. These were the ingredients you were offered to "make your own sallad" of.

In short, the stay was positive and I would go again - but there were a few things that were below expectation, especially for a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, great overall. Negatives: No air conditioning: even tho we visited in Nov, still struggled with the hot & humid air - thankfully the staff were able to provide a fan upon request which partially helped. Sewage smell: an unpleasant smell was present in the toilet/bathroom especially throughout the first 2 days. Cockroach: live cockroach creeping around near bags/hangers. Pool: the pool didn't look clean at the bottom. Entertainment: the presented entertainment was average/mediocre at best and mostly in Spanish. Cleanliness: cleanliness can be greatly improved, especially inside the shower. TV: programs were pretty bad and mostly in spanish Positives: Great location Great bar (especially if all-inclusive) Great food and service Wonderful scenery and decoration Plenty of space to sit and lay around the pool Other amenities were fine in the room The mattress was really great and firm. Sufficient pillows available with suitable sizes.

Wir hatten leider das Pech, vor dem Fenster due Lüftung und Anlieferung zu haben. Da wir nur kurz da waren, haben qir nicht mehr umgebucht. Ansonsten eher darauf achten "Blick zum Meer" das ist die etwas ruhigere Seite 😉

Du jamais vue un hôtel comme ça la nourriture même les animaux au droit a plus correct !!!! Vous voulez des essuie pour la piscine c’est 50 euros de de caution, si vous voulez changer vos essuies, vous devez payer un euro par jours, c’est une honte !!! Si on parle du nettoyage de la chambre, je n’ai pas de mots quand vous voyez qui a fallu cinq jours pour nous changer les tasses et de remettre du thé pour le matin, sans compter qu’ils oublient. Les essuies ne ferment jamais les portes de la terrasse pour un minimum de sécurité. Enfin je ne le conseille à personne !!!!! Je ne comprends pas comment que Expedia peut louer des chambres pareilles !!!!!! C’est bien dommage car je voyage au USA ET EN THAÏLANDE depuis des années et plusieurs fois par an mais jamais vu un Hôtel comme ça !! J’espère que vous allez réagir à ça ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Pros: La ubicación, fácil encontrar aparcamiento Y buena limpieza. Contras: La zona de habitaciones que no da hacia el mar es muy ruidosa para dormir (NO ESTÁ BIEN INSONORIZADO), para nuestro gusto la calidad de la comida más bien tirando a mala (el salmón no sabe a salmón, los nuggets malísimos, entre otras). El horario de cena empieza prontísimo (18:30 y acaba 21:15), asique nosotras el día que llegamos tuvimos que cenar fuera porque el picnic que te dan es de un sándwich de york y queso, una manzana, galletas y una botella de agua. Desde mi punto de vista deberían ampliar el horario al menos hasta las 21:30/21:45, muy orientado a extranjeros ese aspecto. Las bebidas... Con decir que los zumos de la discoteca ponen un cartel que dice "está bebida podría afectar a la atención (y algo más que ahora no recuerdo) de los niños, pues puro azúcar... Del alcohol que te dan, todo es imbebible, además te sirven en un vaso pequeño sí o sí y es prácticamente la mitad de alcohol. La atención de los camareros del de desayuno, la comida y la cena, muy buena. El camarero que nos tocó un día en la piscina y varios en el bar de la -1, fatal, (no recordamos el nombre, pero era calvo -con el debido respeto) le costaba mucho ser agradable, cosa que es indispensable trabajando de cara al público, ni saludaba, ni contestaba, parecía que le costaba terciar palabra. En líneas generales, no repetiríamos en este hotel, al menos NO EN RÉGIMEN DE TODO INCLUIDO. NO MERECE LA PENA.

Bluesea olikin yllätykseksemme kolmen eri hotellin kombo. Kuntosali oli naapurihotellissa, samoin lounas ja sisäuima-allas. Isoin miinus tulee todella kovasta metelistä lähibaarista, mikä jatkui päivittäin aamuyöhön asti ja kuului hyvin 6. kerrokseen. Hotelli on parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, mutta upealla paikalla.

Hotel moderno. Limpieza frecuentemente, no diaria. Comida buena, aunque poca variedad. Todo incluido no lo probé x no tomar alcohol. El café solo de máquina.... podría mejorar. Vista muy buena. Nos cambiaron a una habitación con vista al mar sin coste. Recomendable totalmente y por el precio son unas vacaciones como en un palacio...
