Location wise, its very accessible from all the attractions, shopping etc. Hotel is very clean and presentable. Breakfast has such a lovely spread, with great options and lovely fresh cupcakes. Only thing I can fault is that some fruits were rotten and my kids and husband had food poisoning while staying there. Obviously not sure if its related but still that would be something they need to take care of for the brand they are. The staff are very very helpful. We had an issue with blocked bathroom and they immediately changed our room.
