Nice hotel and central location
Visited end of May 2017. Hotel was lovely. A nice boutique hotel and as I expected. Room was small but there again, I requested a single room and I only needed it to freshen up and sleep in and it fitted the bill perfectly. The room was lovely and clean (v important), shower facilities were great. TV however was fixed to the wall and the angle of the bed made it far from ideal to view. I can't comment on the restaurant or bar facilities as I didn't use them but they did look lovely and staff were friendly enough. The hotel is so easy to get to from the airport and thats coming from someone who feels a tad uncomfortable with public transport in unfamiliar territory. S7 train to Praterstern then hop onto the metro U2 line to Rathaus. Hotel is very centrally located. 5 minute walk from the Parliament and about 15 min walk to the right to Museum Quarters. Everything was within walking distance and where it wasn't, the metro was so easy to navigate and so easy to use. Gym and Spa facilities were small but very nice. I wish I had taken the opportunity to use the sauna and relax at the end of the day. Would have felt much more relaxed and ready for the next day. Reception staff were lovely. On the day of leaving, I decided to go for another run in the afternoon and asked for suggestions. I was directed round the Ringstrasse which would take me to the Danube. Was a great 5 mile run all round. I would recommend this hotel. I would stay agai

Vienna Christmas Markets
The Levante Parliament is a great hotel. I was greeted very warmly by the staff. The hotel was within walking distance to 3 or the 4 Christmas Markets in Vienna as well as being within walking distance to many attractions including the Vienna State Opera House and St Stephen's Square and Cathedral. It's a very safe area to visit. I was a woman traveling alone and never felt uneasy walking around, even at night. The hotel is also located around some fantastic cafes. Cafe Eiles is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and was an excellent place to go for breakfast or a late night dessert. The Ubahn station is across the street and was a very easy commute from the airport. I had a twin room which was plenty for me. It had excellent closet space, a complete desk, and the bathroom was great. There was plenty of hot water with great water pressure. I read so many reviews about European hotels being so small. Travelers need to understand that these are old European buildings converted into hotels. You're going to get a smaller room than what one would find traveling in America. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Vienna.

We were staying at the Levante Parliament for a 5 day visit to Vienna to see the sites of the city. The hotel is well situated to cover a lot by foot, with the underground station at Rathaus just 3 minutes walk away for more distant trips. The rooms were very comfortable and immaculately cleaned; the staff at reception were always very friendly and helpful. Do 5 stars on the accommodation and friendliness. The hotel is not quite so good on the catering front. We only went to breakfast once, and weren't too impressed. It was understaffed and so food and plates weren't quickly replenished when they ran out and at Euro15 per head it was not good value for money. A much better option is to go for breakfast at Café Iles which is just a minute's walk from the hotel, turning left out of the front door - better choice, better service and cheaper! We had dinner once in the hotel; the food was OK but very expensive. So we'd recommend staying in the hotel but going elsewhere for food.

Good 6.0
Nice location, limited service and facilities.
The hotel is conveniently located, clean and modern. Generally it doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel, mostly because the service is 'functional' e.g. we spent about an hour online trying to find a restaurant - the response from the guy on the desk was to provide us with 2 business cards to local restaurants for us to call (which we knew would be booked). Similarly, when we asked about bars he just sent us down the shopping street, leading us to spend an hour trying to find a nice (non-smoking) bar. At the hotel there is nowhere particularly comfortable to relax outside the hotel room. For example, the breakfast area is also the bar - so you feel like you're having a drink in the kitchen (so we only did this once). It's bright and lacks atmosphere for a bar.

Boutique Hotel
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay, the staff was very helpful to provide information of our surroundings and where to go for Breakfast and other requested details. We stayed on the same floor as the reception area. The room was adequate for our needs, for we didn't plan to stay in our room except to sleep. The bed was comfortable, room clean, the only con was not having a good bar of soap for showering, what was supplied was body shower in which the cap couldn't open - we purchased our own soap. I would again very much stay here again and recommend to others. It was very walkable to most everything and close enough to hop on a bus or tram. Very perfect for us.
