air con was amazing, such a relief to walk back into after a hot morning out, pool and pool bar was lovely, the room was cleaned throughout our stay, food available from restaurant and for room service was delicious, hotel is in a great spot with lots nearby, beach was about 15 min walk, great massage from my masseuse Yuni, she was very gentle, kind, comforting and professional only thing that wasnt great was the bathroom, a bit of limescale build up and shower/bath was kinda old/outdated but we could tolerate that, other than that, room was clean, bed was comfy, atmosphere was lovely and tropical, loved all the trees and the service we received, will be back soon

Staff were lovely. They were very accomodating when we arrived early and we even upgraded (for a small price) to the seperate room with outside bathroom and kitchenette. Rooms were clean, towels fluffy and grounds and hotel itself of a balinese feel. Breakfast was ok. Basic but had the basics and variety, bacon, pastries fruit etc. Classed as a 4* but could do with some tlc with the pool and grounds and cupboards in the lovely outdoor bathroom. It was an enjoyable stay. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere which was great.
