Nice hotel with great dinners; advantages for VIP client does not exist; despite of ordered late check out, just after 11 o'clock woman from reception!! reminded us to leave the room (came directly to the door - it was totally unkind and unprofessional); upgraded room was not also offer; so rather simply "superior" room; many, many people in swimming pool - hotel should introduce reservations - it would be nice; but foods and staff in restaurant is perfect; despite of mentioned things, can recommend this hotel:)

Take some ear plugs
Make sure you know what you are booking because a Junior Suite is drastically misnamed. EVERYTHING is an upgrade so beware. Restaurants are awful but the staff are amazing. If you have VIP access, do not expect them to honour the complimentary upgrade part. It took me 24 hours to finally get mine and it was a joke.

Me and my mum had a really great stay. On the whole it was very good. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with any questions. The only little complaint I’d make is that our room was directly above the restaurant and in the morning there was sooo much noise from about 6.30/7am. Loud screeching of chairs to set the tables up for breakfast service. The chairs aren’t heavy (we tried lifting them up) so think it would make the stay so much more pleasant if the staff lifted the chairs to move them instead of dragging them on the floor. Apart from that, all great. Thanks!
