Do not stay here
The bedsheets and pillows all smell like urine. I’ve asked the hotel two times to clean it and all they said was they can do their best.

Good but just a little off
It was cool and different but it was lacking in parking which was quite annoying and then the shower not being long enough, leaving a puddle of water outside the shower for you to step into, or just put a door or something! Then the front desk should be a little more noticeable. Other than that the text messages were nice along with the complimentary water was nice. Also using the key card to use the lights in the room was nice since it would save energy and ensure you don’t lose the card.

When can we come back???
This place is amazing, I wish we had been able to enjoy it for a full week. We were utterly shocked when we arrived to find a full skate park INSIDE with skate shop to boot. they also have a HUGE Bouldering gym that guests get passes to. There are 2 outdoor gear stores on site, as well as a bar and Barista. The staff were some of the best we've ever met, very friendly and helpful with recommendations for food and activities. The bouldering gym was running a competition over the weekend so we were able to watch some crazy good climbers do their thing. Even with all the things going on our room was comfortable and quiet, the lobby was not inundated with loud obnoxious yungins. Everyone was very congenial and friendly.

Awesome new hotel in cool warehouse campus
Wonderful brand new hotel literally seconds from the highway & downtown. Great easy parking, 10 mins from the airport. This place is in a cool area where warehouse conversions & repurposing is happening. It’s a cool campus warehouse conversion with skateboard park, rock climbing facility, gym, coffee shop, bar & of course the Evo store. Will def stay again really cool new trendy restaurants located on block behind as well.
