Room was great! Impressed with kitchenette with cooktop, full fridge, dishwasher, and sink. Rooms amenities like the TVs, WiFi, iron/board were all great. Very functional! I traveled alone and enjoyed my time, may not recommend for families or people who wouldn't enjoy seeing unsupervised kids running around the halls and lobby, people hanging out around the pool/parking lot/around the building all hours of the day. With this being an apartment building, there are any staff/security around.

Such great staff! I would 10/10 recommend to any middle age professional or pleasure/entertainment staycation! Pet friendly! PLEASE SHOW GRATITUDE TO THE HOUSE KEEPERS WHO SRE CURRENTLY WORKING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! They work so fricken hard.... They are so positive and such good hearted, understanding people! They deserve a raise and I'm not just saying that.

My stay at the Tempe Apartments was actually pretty decent. The trash can sometimes be a problem because the apartments are short staffed. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful and there is little to no homeless activity.

This place is really a shame because it does a couple of things really well, but it they are unfortunately overshadowed by everything that’s wrong. The good: The rooms are awesome. They are newly remodeled, modern, have everything you’d want to cook, etc., and it was very clean and comfortable. And it came at a great price. The bad: it is not safe to stay here. The exterior doors are all broken, so the homeless and dealers walk through freely, marijuana and cigarette smoke smell pervade the stairwells and other common areas of the building. It’s a real shame because it was such a nice, well-appointed room for a business traveler to stay in. But you cant do it safely. 1) You can’t stay here safely. The parking lot, from very early in the afternoon, offers drugs, prostitution, car break-ins and about every other undesirable thing you wouldn’t want with homeless people coming in and out of the doors that are broken across the facility. Drug addicts, prostitutes,

The stay was good except the room smelled of cigarettes. The smoke detector was also disabled and looks like it needs repair. Other than that it was a good stay.

My stay this time was some what ok. It was a bit uncomfortable for my husband. Towards the last days he was bitten on his complete left side of his body from laying on sofa bed couch. He didnt sleep well in king bed because of back issues so he went on sofa bed couch. The couch was comfort for him but when pulled out the bed it was bad for him because of the bites.I told him to just see if it happened again the final night and without doing he just sat on the couch instead of bed. He was biten again on his head and ear this time by this time it was time to checkout that room and asked for new room. I was never bitten but he was. He left went to a family members house and stayed and showered and spent night there irritated by this stay. I stayed and went to new room and i was just fine. He returned following day and has been fine the whole time from here on out. We are still here because of my medical visits here in phoenix. I was irritated because i was not given my 4 stamps and hotel.com agent told me even if i booked through expedia i would get my stamps because expedia and hotel.com were merged as same company but next agent refused to give my stamps to me . Im very upset about that and still used hotel.com for additional stay of 4 more days and was given my stamps because refused to use expedia anymore. Im furious a agent would set me up to use expedia when knowing i wasnt getting my stamps for that stay of 4 days. Its saddens me this would happen.

I would not stay here again, and would recommend you avoid booking here. There is no hotel staff on site which lead to a number of problems for me: 1. I had trouble finding the code that they email you for entry, so I spent an hour trying to get into the facility after my arrival. 2. When calling the numbers listed for help it was VERY difficult to reach an actual person. This was at 6pm on a weekday. The numbers listed on the door and in the app all went to voicemail, I had to get in touch with the team through the hotels.com customer support team, was a huge pain. 3. My room had a terrible smell, fabreeze mixed with old chinese food. I eventually realized that the sheets and bedding had been sprayed down with fabreeze. This means the sheets were not washed after the previous guest. Since there was no staff on site, I had to sleep on these sheets overnight. Thankfully I did find some spare sheets in the closet, but not a full set. The smell was awful and very strong. The next day I was able to get new sheets from the cleaners, but they didn't speak English - so relaying my issue was difficult and they wouldn't come in and replace the sheets while I was staying there. 4. The chinese food smell didn't go away the entire time I was there. My stay was full of aggravation and frustration - avoid if you can.
