Friendly staff on check in, sorting keycard not working and helpful storing cases and arranging taxi on checking out. Short stay over Easter, hotel perfectly adequate for our needs. Some public areas slightly dated but all clean. Enjoyed time at the pool and the beach views - easy trip across the bay to Elviessa on the city boats although their timetable changed often!
