Location was excellent for the convention center access and wonderful views of Olympic park (especially during the Olympics). The tub did not drain well and the toilets had some issues flushing a few times (not due to use but the handle would malfunction). Otherwise, guest services was great. Uber drivers had a hard time finding the valet stand so recommend referring to it as Club Wyndam not Margaretaville.

Hooked into a HIGH-PRESSURE sales presentation where they take your IDs so you can't just walk out. They say it is no-pressure and only 90-minutes. We told them from the very first interaction that we do not purchase anything this big on the first day we learn about it. They said no problem, just keep an open mind. 3 hours later, we had to meet with 3 different salespeople trying to get us to sign up for their point vacation system. They kept our IDs so we couldn't leave. They refused to let us leave to think about it. It was horrid. HORRID. Completely tainted our experience for the rest of the stay. In addition, we stayed on the 4th floor, and the windows are so thin that you hear all of the incredibly loud street noise until 2-3 am. But if all of that won't bother you... Then it's great. The pool is lovely. The room is nice.
