Our A/C didn’t work properly. I called every day to notify the situation. The temperature was at 78 degrees and employee at front desk told me to open the window. I was traveling with kids and was at 14th floor so this was not a viable option. The only drinks and snacks are in a vending machine which didn’t work either. Not even coffee is offered. The only good thing is the location.

I was very apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the reviews. But everything from the staff, to the room was fabulous. Everything was amazing. The staff couldn’t do enough for me. They were friendly, polite and professional. My room was great. Everything in working order. My stay was fantastic and I will definitely be booking again. The location couldn’t be anymore perfect too. Please ignore the crappy and rude reviews and give this hotel a go. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was friendly and helpful. At first impression the hotel room had wonderful views of the city, the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Overall it was a great 7day stay.
