Villa Hollywood is a unique holiday home. With its rural setting in the village of Branqueira, it is a perfect base from which to enjoy a relaxing stay, yet still being less than 10 minutes to the golden sand beaches and the strip of Oura.



This holiday base consists of one villa, with its own self-contained upstairs apartment, and 2 separate annexes which all share a fabulous outside space and private pool (pool heating available as an optional extra) and Jacuzzi (available at an extra cost).



All the bedrooms have air conditioning and the whole property is comfortable and bright. It is ideal for a group of friends or family who all wish to holiday together, yet have their own privacy.



The main residence is on the ground floor and consists of 4 bedrooms and an open plan living area. There is one large bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds in it, plus an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and its own private shower room. On this floor there are two other bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with a double bed and also another 2 bathrooms.



The living area is all open plan with the living area leading out to the swimming pool via patio doors.



The lounge is comfortable, bright and spacious and leads into the dining area with its large table and chairs. The well equipped kitchen has everything you should require during your stay including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and is adjoining the dining area.



On the first floor there is a self-contained apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds which has a balcony, and another with 1 double bed in it.



The living area is open plan consisting of a dining area, living room and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a lovely outside terrace perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with a good book.



Adjoining the house is a small annex with a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and a second, separate annex, with 1 bedroom, a kitchenette, living room and bathroom.



All these living areas have separate entrances yet share the wonderful private swimming pool (heating as an optional extra) and jacuzzi (at extra cost) set in the green lawned garden area of the garden.



With ample sun loungers on which to enjoy the gorgeous Algarve weather the pool area also has a BBQ for preparing summer grills.



The village of Branqueira is a quiet traditional Portuguese village with a mini market and some restaurants and bars, close to the beautiful golden sand beach of Santa Eulalia, and the strip of Oura.



Oura is famous for its nightlife with many clubs, bars and restaurants and is in between Branqueira and the old town of Albufeira. Here is also a 9 hole golf course 1.7km from the villa.



This fantastic and spacious villa is ideal for those who seek a tranquil getaway, away from the busy tourist centres but also just a short drive from all facilities, and from the beautiful sandy beaches on the coast.



Car hire is recommended if you want to explore other areas of the Algarve. If you wish to hire a car, we can help you with your request.



The changeover day for this property is

Saturday.


**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **



Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
