The room was nice, big and comfy. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly especially Ariel. The heating was not working in my room but Ariel was helpful and gave me a radiator to warm my room.

Restaurant exoerience terrible. Waited 30 mins after being seated before approach to take our orders. The waitress was very brusque, monosyballic 'Drinks?' and 'Food?' when taking order, certainly not welcoming. Ordered 3 mains, waited excessive amount of time before service whereupon the thurd pkate artived 15 mins after the other 2 and only sorted when brought to their attention. Restaurant manager was apologetic when complaint made and resolved with free food. Reception made error and charged twice for accommodation. Awaiting resolution by refund.
