The hotel is very new, a 5-minute walk from the MTR station, and also very close to Admiralty MTR station. Transportation is extremely convenient. I booked a sea view room, and was assigned to the 25th floor with a view of the Deep Bay Yacht Club – the view was expansive. The room was fully equipped; they even had umbrella, which I hadn't expected. However, one thing I don't understand is the HKD$3000 deposit, payable at check-in. This is a bit strange; even five-star hotels don't usually require this. The maximum deposit for a five-star hotel is $1500, so requiring a $3000 deposit seems excessive. I think guests should be aware of this fee beforehand. I believe the hotel should lower the deposit amount; that would be fair.

Lovely hotel a great room with view over the bay ,on the 33rd floor . The location is a little outside the main areas of Hong Kong and Kowloon , but good access on the MTR which is 6 minutes away . Very disappointing to find that the swimming pool on the roof was closed as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel . No advance notification that it was going to be closed when we booked
