We had a really nice stay in this hotel. Our kids loved the place with the pools, playground, little synthetic field to play ball. It is close from the beach as well so we can walk there each day. Awesome place overall. Place is very clean, appartement are well equipped.

Had 2 bedroom apartment which was huge, great view of the pool. Tried the restaurant one evening and very disappointed by the buffet, not much choice especially for children, lots of dishes empty. Very clean and had everything we needed. Not close to amenities though. Would recommend

Great apartment and conditions. The pool is open from 9 AM to 7PM : this is not good in the summer, it should be open at least until 9PM . There is no logic on reduced opening hours in the summer , with perfect weather conditions and temperatures around and above 30 degrees Celsius.

Appartement sympa mais aucuns room service . Ilpossible de commander ou de réserver dans le resto en bas de l’hotel. Et le pire aura ete l’insonorisation des communs.. une vraie catastrophe !! On entends absolument tout. Les gens de la reception laisses tout faire sans demander aux clients de ne pas faire de bruit. On entends les enfants hurler dans le hall les parents parler fort etc car cela raisonne enormement. J’ai du moi meme descdre a 1h du matin pour demander aux gens de faire moins de bruit. Il n’a absolument pas 4 etoiles

Basic requests like kitchen equipment (chef knife or any other than bread knife, manual orange juice squeeze) were neglected several times. Those are not expensive. Service and staff not on a good level. Didn't feel like Portugal 😒 e.g. In a bar i ordered and paid for fresh squeezed juice. Instead I got carton one. When complained i got response - yes but then I would need to take more time to squeeze it! Sic! Isn't that what I paid for?

Fonctionnel mais désuet

Agréable séjour sans pour autant exceptionnel. La chambre est spacieuse et la terrasse est appréciable. Difficile néanmoins de trouver une place dans le parking. Les murs sont de véritables feuilles de papier, on a l’impression d’être dans le couloir. Le service n’est pas très réactif ; après avoir malheureusement oublié un effet personnel dans le coffre fort, impossible de retrouver l’objet perdu... Un peu compliqué aussi pour récupérer les serviettes de bain pour la piscine.
