Stayed at this hotel numerous times. Unfortunately this time i didnt have the best experience. Staff was helpful and great but the rooms were very cold and i tried 3 different ones. Also iy was disappointing to see that hotel customers have to pay extra for the spa. It was one of the selling points why i always stayed there. I dont think the hotel gives me the value for money anymore and would not stay again.

Had a comfortable stay for one night was near the Freemans hospital for check up we had fish and chips in the bar which was very nice plenty of parking and staff were very friendly will stay again
