One night stay
Location of hotel excellent, limited parking hit lucky with a space on front of hotel. Breakfast plentiful and good. Staff friendly. Had double en suite sea facing room.....very big but not as warm as could be, quite basic for cost of room overpriced for what it is. ( Reception did bring fan heater to room to help heat it up) Better hotel than others have stayed in locality.

The staff were great, really friendly and welcoming. The room was adequate but the bed felt really old as I could feel every spring. The heating was not adequate and had to sit with a blanket. The bathroom was had no heating and the shower did not work and looked tired.
The location was fabulous.

Lovely, helpful staff. Very good breakfast for what I paid but I think it was instant coffee so pack your coffee bags! Cosy and clean dining room, felt homely. I had a single room en-suite for 2 nights. It was adequate for my needs, shower was ok and at £35 a night B&B you're not going to get anything fancy! Towels were nice. It was quiet in mid November. Great location on sea front and a 5 mins from the Metro. I'd stay again.

Warm friendly staff but cold room
I had a last-minute one night stay here and booked a single room which was good value.
On arrival there were no parking spaces but the manager who was very friendly directed me to free parking (until 10am Saturday) just down the road. He apologised for my room being on the third floor (no lift) but said they were fully booked. I had no issue with the stairs but the room temperature was REALLY cold.
To be fair, I do like a cool room - but of my choosing. There a storage heater but no heat coming out of it. I turned it up but when I left on Saturday morning there was still no heat from it.
I didn't complain as I wasn't there for very long, having arrived late and left early but if i'd been staying longer I would have had to ask for a heater.
