Great hotel good location but room was cold
Very nice hotel very well appointed really big appointed suites unique style very comfy bed and lots of room. Stylish and relaxing. The only down side is I had no control over the heat, only one radiator in the whole suite it turned off at night and walking up cold it was -2 outside. Safe were sympathetic but no solution sadly.

Disappointing, very poor value.
Very poor quality considering the price of the rooms. Not luxurious at all. Tea/coffee clearly been lying for a long time as was hard, not topped up either, bed not changed. Very poor and nowhere near worth the money charged. Would not recommend.

We had an amazing stay in Liverpool at 62 Castle Street. Really well located, and the most unique and beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in anywhere! Will definitely make a return trip to Liverpool and stay here.
