My wife and I stayed here for two nights. It was fantastic! The front desk staff was over the top nice and very helpful in getting our luggage to the room (I was on crutches). The lobby was wonderful and nicely decorated. They offered complementary coffee and tea. They also had a very nice complementary breakfast and light dinner for the guests. This was fantastic and it saved us some money. The room was nice, but the building is a little old. Elevators need to be updated.

The staff was amazing, so helpful and friendly. As we were boarding a cruise they stored our luggage for a couple of hours after checking out. The historic hotel itself was beautiful and well appointed. A small bar in the lobby and a gas fireplace in a cozy corner was delightful at day’s end. Very comfortable bed and chairs in room and dimmable lighting. A great location for touring and cruise pier, highly recommend!
