On the level
A nice, clean, and cosy hotel in the middle of Puerto De La Cruz.
No hills to climb, nearby the sea an shops.
Breakfast was included, only disappointment ( and not really a complaint) the toasting machine was not working properly.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
It's a close walk to both the town square, Loro Parque, and tge beach.
The communal areas are modern, but the bedrooms are a bit tired, although nice and clean.

really good hotel in a very good location a little bit tired in some areas but over all not that bad that it would affect your holiday the staff were all friendly and helpfull we had a great time and would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time.
The staff was amazing. Our room was very comfortable. The buffet was wonderful! The next time we go to the Canary Islands we will definitely stay there.
