Surprised that there was no housekeeping unless you asked for it! Very odd. Room was so small and quite claustrophobic. it was more like a dorm than a hotel. Now i’m having hassles as i was overcharged.

The location to Rockefeller was perfect. There were several other issues unfortunately. The door to our room was incredibly hard to open and close. The bathroom door also would not slide open or closed. The telephone was purely for looks as it wasn’t connected to anything. They have a motion sensor light switch that turns on two extremely bright lights with movement that could not be turned off from this setting.

Gym was broken down and complete trash , NO room service as advertised. Elevator Got stuck and on a good day expect extremely long wait times . Don't bother taking the Stairs because it cluttered with furniture and boxes . The lobby is a hole in the wall and you still have to walk around the scaffolding Due to the ongoing construction. Overall I'd never stay here again and I don't recommend you staying either .
