Disappointing Breakfast
The check in was fine. The room was comfortable and clean. In the morning the elevator didn't work. I have issues with stairs so that was not good. The breakfast was not as promised. For example the sign said waffles. That has come to mean fresh, that you make. This was pre packaged toaster waffles. Very disappointed. Went to Bob Evans down the road. If I had wanted to do that I could have got a different room in another hotel for 30.00 less.

After a long drive, just looking for a good nights sleep. Room was great, but the neighbors had their TV at full blast all night. I will definitely stay at Country Inn and Suites again.

Enjoyable Weekend Trip
Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Check-in was quick and easy. We stayed on a weekend that there must have been a soccer tournament in the area, so it was pretty busy. Plenty of parking, and they offer complimentary charging stations for electric vehicles w/ prime parking. Unfortunately I am a really light sleeper, and the doors have rather large gaps around the edges that allow a lot of noise from the hallways into the rooms. This probably isn't an issue for most, but it would have been something that I wanted to know when I booked. Breakfast was offered. We did not take advantage of it due to personal Covid precautions, so I cannot comment on it. Overall it was enjoyable.

Stayed here 5-6 times. It's consistent and clean and the people working here are nice, you do have to be a little cautious about the hotels.com credits with this property because some front-desk agents dont understand/know about the $10 credit and upgrades that hotels.com gives (it really depends on who your talking to). Besides that this hotel is great.

The hotel overall was fantastic in almost every way. The staff was very polite and courteous, the hotel was spotless, and the price was cheap. I however have never had such an unpleasant experience with a hotel as I did checking in at this one. The owner was a rude, discourteous, racist. I will never return to this establishment.
