I have no strong feelings one way or the other.

Functional and cheap. Due to low occupancy there was no buffet breakfast one morning, which I prefer for speed. Also no mini bar. It felt like because I booked through I wasn't allowed any mini bar! Didn't bother to ask as was a short but busy trip.

We'll be back if we get the opportunity.
We had just got off a cruise liner so were much earlier than regular check in time and expected to just be allowed to leave our luggage, but no problem; we were given a beautiful room immediately. There was plenty of choice for food around the hotel so we did not have to leave the complex. Excellent. It was our second visit to Boston and wanted to stay in a different area from the Taj where stayed before. The Westin was perfect for us. Thank you.

When we checked in I went into the bathroom and noticed hair all over the shower and bathroom floor. I’m usually not one to complain but I couldn’t even step foot in the bathroom it was gross. So I called the front desk and they said they would move us to a new room. We went back down to the lobby and had to wait in a 20 minute line just to get a new room, and any other hotel probably would have upgraded our room based off finding tons of hair (looked like dog hair) all over the bathroom but we just got the same exact room minus the city view. Definitely disappointed considering I got the room for my significant others birthday so that was a little embarrassing to discover.
