Only inconvinience
The only down side is their were doing some construction work at the time of my stay. Woke up in the morning with massive noise but they left me a note offering to upgrade to a better room

Good value
Stayed 3 nights over a weekend in late July. It was a last minute booking and the price was very good. The property has a lovely pool which was never crowded. Rooms are facilities are fine for a 3 star hotel. Beds and pillows were comfy, room had a small fridge and there was decent a/c. All rooms seemed to have a balcony with a couple of chairs and table too. Wi Fi was OK but patchy at certain times. Parking is easy outside the hotel. The immediate area is quiet though it is a fairly easy walk down to the beach. Only disappointment was the breakfast. it was a normal 3 star but seemed lacking and though the coffee was strong it was bitter. Just think it is overpriced for what you can get.

Nice clean hotel. Great staff needs a little work.
Nice clean hotel. Rooms were ok and clean. Could do with a bit of sound proofing. Building works beside hotel not mentioned before I booked that started early enough weekday mornings. Staff very polite. Outside could do with a bit of upgrading. All in all nice stay but I was thankful noise doesn’t generally wake me as this is something that people need to consider.

Exceptional 10.0
The Cascais/Estoril area is quite hilly if you are not on the beach or very close to it. It was unusually hot so climbing hills in humid hot (85 degrees) weather was tough for me (I live in WA State where it is rarely humid). Beautiful area but seeing the town's outside the tourist areas are not only less expensive, great local food and really helpful nice people. It's our retirement country for sure.
