MARIVA DUNE SAN VINCENZO 1) Excellent : Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel, délicieux et personnel très aimable et compétent au petit-déjeuner. Très bonne expérience. 2) Bien : emplacement de l’hébergement à deux pas de la mer et espace des pièces adapté aux familles. Proche de San Vincenzo et autres villes/villages de la région. 3) Médiocre : établissement très vieux, traces de corrosions dans les salles de bain, d’usure sur les meubles, odeurs désagréables d’égouts dans les salles de bain tous les jours (annoncé à la réception) malgré un nettoyage impeccable. 4) Médiocre : la salle de fitness est en mauvais état, non climatisée, pas de serviettes ni de bouteilles d’eau à disposition, les machines sont vieilles, certaines défectueuses (annoncé à la réception). 5) Médiocre : bien qu’aucun règlement ne soit affiché il est interdit de jouer avec un ballon ou sauter dans la piscine, même si on est seul. L’impression qu’une famille avec des enfants n’est pas la bienvenue à la piscine. De plus, malgré un tarif 5 étoiles il faut aller à la réception pour demander une boisson, de l’eau, un café ou un quelconque service à la piscine. 6) Moyen : la partie Oasis est mal entretenue et l’accès à la plage encombré. 7) Moyen : malgré l’infrastructure vétuste le personnel cherche à être aimable, en particulier le directeur. 7) Conclusion : grosse déception car ni l’infrastructure ni le service ne valent le prix exorbitant pour une semaine de vacances en Toscane à la mer. Dommage.

Wir hatten das Haus mit Meerblick gebucht und das muss man machen! Auf eigener Terrasse morgen ersten Kaffe trinken und langsam mit frischer Brise wach werden… oder beim wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang einen Abendessen begleitet vom Glas Wein genießen - das war herrlich. Es gab eigene liegen und Stühle auf dem Strand, sodass man praktisch immer eigenen Bereich hatte. Die Strandliegen haben wir allerdings selten benutzt, weil wir die meiste Zeit auf eigenen Terrasse im Schatten verbracht haben. Im Haus war alles schlicht, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Täglich hat Zimmerservice im Haus geputzt, Tücher gewechselt und Betten gemacht. Frühstück im Restaurant war hervorragend! Extra Lob an das Personal! Sie waren alle sehr höflich und hilfsbereit und ganz nett. Was mich am meisten gefreut hat, dass es total ruhig war - auf dem Strand, die Nachbarn. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen! Danke!
