Stayed here for a week, and I had a very nice stay. The room is clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel facilities are nice, and the restaurant food was pretty good. We tried room service and the breakfast. Breakfast was nice, but could have a little more variety. I liked the balcony in the room. The location is very central, and walking distance to the MRT and to Lotte mall - although the road is pretty narrow and floods quickly in heavy rain. There is a free washing facility which was very useful. My only issue is that the driers were not great, and damaged some of our clothes while also being slow to dry. Overall though, a great place to stay.

Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was assigned a different room as an “upgrade,” which I had not requested. When I asked about the room I had reserved, I was told it was unavailable. As a solo traveler, the larger layout did not add value and felt unnecessarily spacious rather than comfortable. The staff were polite and professional, and the overall service was acceptable. However, there were several operational details that affected the stay. The wardrobe and bathroom had a noticeable odor, and during a previous visit, the bathroom drain had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the elevators were quite slow during peak hours. While the stay was manageable, I would likely consider other options if given a choice in the future. I hope improvements can be made in room allocation and housekeeping standards.

It was generally satisfying experience thanks to the employees' kindness and hard work. But I smelled a bit unpleasent thing from the blanket. Nice place to stay, but the hot water is an issue

The service was very nice and enthusiastic, although at times seemed a little inexperienced. The breakfast was good but other food service needed to be more efficient. The room was very good. I would have liked a tub, and there was no hot water our whole stay, only kind of warm water. That was a major negative. But the room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent given that I had business at Senayan City.
