Very good 8.0
Good hotel in the vicinity of the airport
A reasonable hotel, close to the airport. Not luxurious, but good. We chose it because we had a car and didn't mind driving 5 minutes to the airport for a bettr rate than hotels into the airport.

Poor 2.0
Very Poor
Overall, the experience was below average. Ibis hotels do have a good reputation but this didn't live up to the mark. First of all, breakfast was really disappointing in regard to food and service. No hot food at all, Scramble eggs and boiled eggs were cold; though Scramble eggs should have been served hot. When asked from the lady, she mentioned that you need to wait until the old egg finishes. There few only few things in the breakfast. Wifi service was poor, we changed the room once but of no worth. We asked for the kettle with hot water from the reception but the lady mentioned that they cannot not give as they have only few and have to used in the morning for breakfast. We asked that we will return the kettle but they simply said 'No'. When asked for the room service, they mentioned that they do not have any. I really don't recognise what kind of services they are providing. Their behaviour was like they don't bother about ourselves. Overall, a very bad experience. Will definitely not recommend to anyone!

Poor 2.0
The hotel staff need a lot of training and skills to provide good services to their customers. I visited Italy with one of my other friends couple but had alot of issues. Wifi was poor, breakfast was the worst part, no hot food served, when asked for the hot egg she said you need to wait for the next round. No room service, no kettles for the hot water to be taken in rooms 'that's funny and ridiculous'!!! Overall, a below average hotel with poor customer sevices. Shuja Khan
