Bath too narrow and's slippy; position of 3 body wash/hair/conditioner poorly positioned close too shower head; no soap at sink; safe locked. Dated colour all in the brown range in room. However comfortable mattress unlike the memory foam 4 years ago!

Poor service checking in with a new'ish member of staff. Airconditioning did not work in my room. My colleagues room safe locked with his laptop and iPad in it. No EV chargers functioning, despite being mentioned on the website. We were told that one has been out of action for three months and there was no probability of it being mended

Disappointingly in decline
Parking has been been free at this site for years and is now an additional cost. Which rules out future stays and lunch meetings for me, on principle. Room had not been fully refreshed. Only one plug socket, which when travelling for business is completely impractical. Staff in bar/restaurant area unprofessional, discussing their sales figues and joking around.

Uncomfortable night
The room was clean and as good as I expect from a Marriott hotel. Initially I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned, but the staff were very helpful in arranging another room. I had two rooms in this booking, one of the rooms the air condition was not working which made the stay quite uncomfortable. On a hot day with young children, I did not get a good nights sleep. Upon complaining I was given a desk fan, which was totally inadequate. Breakfast was great, and the service was very good, however, I was too tired to enjoy it much. It was a shame that the hotel was not able to offer me any refund either! It has put a sour taste to my stay at Marriott hotels.
