The rooms are extremely small. There is no where to put your suitcase. Location was ok if you don’t mind walking a lot. The rooftop patio is awesome. Magnificent views of the city. Staff was friendly and helped to change our rooms.

Pros: Location (close to all the sightseeing sites, restaurants and Shopping), Staff (genuine and helpful), very clean Cons: Noise (Courtyard makes the sounds louder, construction, loud doors being slammed, people, restaurant guests till midnight), Room Size (way too small, no place for even a suitcase), Uncomfortable Rooms (No place to sit and relax, even sitting on the bed is impossible due to a cage looking thing over the bed), the design has taken over comfort even the little chair in the room is weird……..this hotel is good for one or two nights, sleep and go.

Great central hotel, modern & clean!
The service was great, very modern and clean. Staff speak English, easy to communicate. Staff were also very helpful in organising travel back and forth from airport. Lovely restaurant area for breakfast. Great location in Central Madrid. Room was a little small, but not much of an issue as we were out and about most of the time.

We are just home from staying 7 nights in Madrid at this hotel. Our trip was booked as a birthday gift for my partner, and It could have been a lot better. It is located in a great area so you can explore the city really easily. The rooms are very small and quite unpractical, very limited space for your luggage making it difficult to get ready each day, smallest fridge ever that wasn’t replenished after the first day. If you are hoping to travel with a friend, don’t book this hotel. There is no privacy to shower or use the bathroom facility. The only way to communicate with the reception was by a QR code, however the site didn’t work. Rooftop pool was really small and the bar was never open unless the hotel was hosting what seemed to be influencers or events. The staff where okay, however service was pretty slow which put us off using the restaurant facilities. We felt that the hotel had prioritised the events / people in attendance of those events over the people staying in the hotel. The noise from these events meant a few bad nights trying to sleep however the only way to communicate with the reception besides going to them directly was via their site which didn’t work so we just kind of got on with it. I would say this is closer to a 3 star hotel as amenities are very basic and no bath robes / slippers are provided. We wanted to love it but It feels like the hotel isn’t quite finished yet, something was just missing.

Fantastic Hotel
Great hotel - with the most helpful and friendly staff I've ever dealt with in a hotel - really impressive. As other reviews have mentioned the rooms are small and there is no privacy for the shower, so only suitable for couples or singles not friend groups. The roof terrace could benefit from from some sun umbrellas as there is not shade there.
