Atlas Medina & Spa
Very Good8.0
Average hotel, not 5 star
Hotel service is ok, everyone friendly however the only downside is the breakfast is not good. The breakfast doesn’t have much variety and they don’t seem to top up. Spa area is really nice however it’s quite expensive and you also have to pay to use the indoor pool / Jacuzzi.

Not 5 star hotel
Hotel was ok . But spa bıts not very nice. I booked spa for 950 dirham (100 euro) People work in spa not very professional. I wanted have massage one of member just had cigarette and come massage me. That was horrible smell.i hate cigarettes. I dont thing this hotel is 5 star

The floors were wooden and very loud. The people above us insisted on walking with very lous shoes until 2am in the morning. Although my reservation conformation said that my room was paid in full I had to pay a tax of over 50Euro at check out! The fact that I had to pay any tax was not communicated to me in any shape or form-neither during check-in or in any emails on This in my view is an extremely poor business practice. It is a shame that neither the hotel nor could muster up the professionalism to inform its' customers of this additional charge.

Good comfort and service. Poor Internet. No irons.
Positives: 1)The hotel complex is reasonably big with big rooms and big beds. 2)The beds are very comfortable. 3)The AC was working perfectly fine. 4)Quick and nice service. 5)The security guards were very helpful in finding taxis and guiding us on the price we should pay for the taxi journeys. 6)Breakfast-Lot of variety. You can order omelettes to be cooked fresh. Different fruit and vegetable juices, yogurts. But obviously not a proper English/European breakfast. Negatives: 1)The bathroom was not clean. 2)No irons+iron boards available. We were there to attend a wedding. They were reluctant to give it and wanted us to use their laundry service instead. We had to spend additional £30 to get our clothes ironed. The ironing service was quick but expensive. 3)Be prepared to pay city tax which at check in. 4)Restaurant was average. Standard food (pizzas, paninis, salads etc.). I was expecting some Moroccan cuisines but there were none available. 5)Internet - The internet poorest service I have ever experienced in a hotel room. You have to go to the bathroom to catch some internet reception and that too didn't work properly. The reception and the pool area on the ground floor had good internet reception. However, you can only use it to surf or send/receive messages. You can't make/receive a call with that internet. 6)No complimentary tea, coffee, kettle in the room. Overall: Good for comfort and service but does not tick all the boxes on the value for money.
