Very helpful staff. Good selection hot buffet breakfast. Coffee machine in room not working and bathroom too small. Clean room but compact for two queen beds. Fine for one night stopover

Great!
Great hotel. Good location, modern and well equipped rooms, decent breakfast. Good stop for hiking trips in the Big Pine area. Some restaurants and mini markets around. Check-in was a bit lengthy but other than that i have absolutely no complaints and will recommend to anyone that wants a decent base for their camping trip. And while we’re on the topic - the Big Pine Lakes trail is a must see. If you haven’t done it yet - go now.

Clean room; Bed hard as a wood board
The bed was way too hard. There was no give at all to the mattress so it felt like I was sleeping on a wood board. If you’re going to have a bed that hard in a room that hard, have the other bed softer so people can choose the one that is more comfortable for them. I don’t know anyone who likes sleeping on a board.

Resort fees!
Website claimed a lot more than was offered. No view, no robes, no breakfast, no gym open but that’s ok bc of COVID. Receptionist was not wearing mask. Sink backed up. And they still charged a resort fee! Any hotel should waive that considering.

Recent stay
The hotel itself is remodeled so looks fine. Front desk service was great they were very helpful. Parking is easy, beds comfy. Issue is with cleanliness of the room (floors, vacuum/mopping, etc). The room was not clean.to make things worse our first room reeked of cigarettes and this was our 2nd room. The shower was another issue which the tub was dirty, and water wouldn't work was either too hot too cold the handle was loose etc and wouldn't drain. Would not go again.
