Visit to the Grosvenor Pulford

This was our third visit to the Grosvenor Pulford we really love this hotel. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the Palm Court restaurant and exceptional customer service. Our room was spacious and comfortable with lovely views overlooking the gardens. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very clean, comfortable and pretty hotel. However we did not actually get to use the spa as its only accessible until you check out which was not clear on the hotel.com site nor were we informed about when we checked in. Very annoying as we'd planned in time for a swim after breakfast so worth baring in mind before booking.

Lovely Hotel with beautiful rooms combined with a traditional pub / restaurant Nelson’s and the beautiful Palm Court restaurant. Lovely big Spa pool, staff were first class, big shout for Carol on reception, Max, Giovanni and Harry in the Palm court really looked after us.
