The food was terrible. Got food poisoning. Half the staff is cranky. They tricked us into upgrading to a better restaurant but the food was worst than the buffet. Refused to let us cancel the food upgrade for the remainder of the days. The only good thing about the hotel is they had lots of shows and activities for the kids. Would not stay here again.

This hotel sucks! Our bathroom door was damaged at the bottom and looked gross. We had 9 people In our group so it was almost impossible to make dinner reservations. There are 9 different bracelets. I don’t even know what that’s all about. For Lunch, you can either eat at a taco truck or walk a mile to the buffet that’s located at the front desk. The food is mediocre. There was some kind of urine like smell coming out of the air conditioner at night! There was plugged toilets by the pool and by the Buffet. Poop hanging off the toilet. So disgusting! This hotel is far from 4.5 that it’s rated at. We would never go back! It might be the worst place we stayed at to date! Horrible vacation!
