The hotel is connected to the Mall opposite the Emirates, which is an excellent and very convenient location both in terms of transportation and the opportunity to spend time in this mall, which even has a snow skiing resort. I was extremely disappointed with my stay. From the moment we checked in, the hotel room had a strong, moldy smell that made the stay uncomfortable. We reported the issue immediately, but it took the hotel two full days to respond. When they finally did, they gave us an air dehumidifier, which ended up filling with water every 10 hours, yet the room still smelled moldy. This is not what I expect from a hotel that claims to provide a comfortable and healthy environment. The slow response and lack of a real solution were very frustrating. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue so future guests don’t go through the same experience. To be objective staff were extremely nice, location was ideal with direct access to the mall of the Emirates. Room was clean.

View from room was awful - pipes etc. No iron provided with the room, safe vault did not work (lock not working), power socket next to bed did not work, extra towels did not smell good.
