6/10 Good

Breakfast was good! I would recommend this for overnight stay only. Be aware the shuttle is not available during weekend. During weekdays, it runs early morning until 11:00 a.m.... then afternoon from 5:00 pm (I think) until 9:00 pm. Please call and verify. Our room was hot. Air con is not cool enough for us to enjoy and keep us cool because outside was very hot. There were mosquitoes in our room which added to our uncomfortable accommodation. Some staff at front desk were friendly but there's one woman who we think doesn't have good customer service.

Nice staff, clean place, easy shuttle to airport, nothing to complain about.

8/10 Very good

Nice, modern, pet friendly hotel with secure gated parking. Staff were friendly and hotel had nice decor. Our only issue was that our junior suite was in need of minor refurbishment - things were fixed to poor standard with cables hanging out of the wall in the bathroom, which is not very safe for pets and children. Breakfast was nice.

10/10 Exceptional

A clean and serviceable airport hotel. The surrounding area didn’t have much to do in terms of dining options, but thankfully the hotel had excellent prepared meals we could reheat in the room’s kitchenette.

8/10 Very good

Nice accommodation, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Free shuttle to and from airport was not available because of a strike, so had to pay for taxi service back and forth because although the hotel us close to the airport, the area is not very pedestrian friendly.

Convenient location near airport. Friendly staff. Main issue is parking a bit far from the entrance, and limited.

Walls and ceilings in the rooms are just cement… but the bed was clean. Nice fresh scent in the building, and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Good for family

Good, some issues with check in as they hadn't responded to our emails and we were given conflicting information from a phone call to check in. Clean and spacious. Good amenities and close to a very large shopping and food complex for any needs. Free airport shuttle much appreciated

Easy check in. The room is well equipped. You can even get a meal (glass jar) from the cooler to warm up in your room, after a late arrival.

Great location

Especially eith the shuttle service, it was the perfect overnight for our next day departure. Only concern was with the eggs and sausages that were part of the breakfast . . . It could have been a lot hotter, barely warm. Lots of other selection though.
