Good but could be better
Convenient location but this is not a 4-star hotel for European standards. A ceiling light was hanging and a towel hook was unhinged in the bathroom. Staff could run the hoover in the room during my stay but they did not. Nevertheless, I would still stay at Impiana for its convenient location and reasonable prices.

Gone downhill since my last stay but still ok
Good value for money hotel in a central location with easy walking distance to main attractions. It has gone downhill since my last stay 3 years ago. Food quality wasn’t as good as before. The roof bar was abandoned and closed , disappointing as it has amazing views of the Petronas Towers. I would stay here again but perhaps wouldn’t bother having breakfast. They have put too many tables in the dining room and there’s not much space. There’s no orange juice for breakfast which I was amazed at . Was told I could have one if I paid extra !

Room was not maintained well at all. Loose fittings, marks on the walls. Stains on pillow case. Also they forgot to clean our room so we had to calk down for clean towels Also we tred to oder room sevice but the had no food availbe except for just one item on the room sevice menu. I spent 3 nights here on my business trip. The location of this hotel is very near at Twin Tower. The Hotel lobby, pool, Gym, car parking is very nice. The room is big, clean, and i feel comfortable. I must say that everything was excellent. The receptionist Ms. Nazmin was very friendly and extremely helpful also. I decided that i will stay here next time also.

Great hotel and great room in a good location. I had to drop it a star as the room was not very clean. Under the bed was a lot of dust ( not cleaned for months ) and with the dust was a mask, 2 socks, and a coke bottle. Great Staff, Good gym, and great locaion
