Really disappointing stay for New Year. We'd specifically booked this hotel, expecting a couple of days of relaxation. What we received was nothing other than what you would expect in a budget hotel (such as Holiday Inn), except the price tag! The pool was unsafe, overcrowded and dirty. There are much nicer and more friendly and accomodating hotels in Brussels - stay away.
