We checked in around 11pm and the staff had mistaken me for making the booking through Bcom and requested me to make payment again. After explaining a few times that I made the booking through Expedia and had made full payment, he understood and confirmed that I did not need to pay him again.
Over a week later, I received a debit of almost 3x my hotel fees on my credit card from this hotel!! I'm really not sure what happened but I emailed them and they refunded me. Unfortunately with the conversion, I'm still a bit short. The hotel did advise that they'd reimburse me via bank transfer. It's appreciated but it's so much hassles, why charged me without my authorisation to begin with?
The hotel itself is great, room a bit small but very clean and shower has perfect pressure. Location is also amazing.
