Nice brand but deffinitly need to improve
two lifts for whole hotel , using for service and guests - so mostly we were using stairs ( like in 90%). Spa- very nice and professional , sauna and pool overcrowded , bathroom only in the locker room so with so many people it quickly became "not very clean ". Queues for breakfast and an alarm at 7 a.m. on Saturday ( the staff said it was a mistake in the kitchen but it felt "that something burned ". One day we left the room before 11 we returned after 3pm and the room was still not cleaned. So the next day we informed the front desk when we were leaving, but the hotel seems to be understaffed. Underground parking so small/cramped that it was impossible to park in some spots. Although we spent EUR 300 on the spa and the spa we liked, we will definitely not return there.

Excellent hotel.
Fab new hotel. Beautiful location. Few hundred metres from ski lifts. Stayed in summer so walking is great in beautiful scenery. Restaurant food is one of the best. Great menu with excellent quality. Amazing breakfast with options for all tastes. Not seen any solar panels to improve the green credentials. Had a junior suite with 2 balconies. Lots of space in and out. Would stay here again summer or winter.

Jednym słowem ŚWIETNY HOTEL!!!!!😀 Spędziliśmy w Hotelu 7 dni więc można opisać plusy i minusy. Hotel pięknie położony z widokiem. Pokoje duże, czyste, doskonale wyposażone. My byliśmy chyba pierwszymi gośćmi w pokoju. Pokój z pięknym widokiem na Śnieżne Kotły i zewnętrzny basen. Doskonale działająca klimatyzacja. Śniadania hotelowe bardzo urozmaicone, nie do przejedzenia. Obsługa bardzo miła, jednakże jeszcze mało doświadczona. Sam hotel ma kilka wad, włączająca się w nocy alarm pożarowy, windy działające nie wiadomo dlaczego tylko na kartę, chociaż można dostać się do pokoi klatką schodową bez karty, podczas naszego pobytu wielokrotnie zamknięty był basen wewnętrzny. Same baseny trochę małe , ale dla dzieci w sam raz. Miejsca parkingowe w hali garażowej bardzo ciasne. Ogólnie Hotel jest godny polecenia i będąc w Szklarskiej Porębie na pewno się tam zatrzymam. Tak trzymać!!!!
