We arrived after midnight, tired and hungry the helpful person at the front desk let us know that if we wanted to go out (we absolutely did not) we might find a place open nearby or we could purchase the frozen meals from their freezer and they would heat them up for us we liked the look of the lasagna, the man brought it to our room along with drinks, plates and utensils. The room had everything we needed and check out wasn’t until 12 noon we really got some quality sleep during that time. I ran down right before breakfast closed to bring back some food to our room and all of it, was well cooked and delicious. The front desk called us a taxi and we headed for our Cruise. I would definitely return, for a longer break.

Hotel's location near city center made our stay very convenient. We were on our way back from Italy to France and needed a stay for one day and night. We're glad we chose this hotel. We parked on the street near the Hotel's entrance located at the top floor. We were able to explore the city center by easy walking from the hotel.

Small rooms but well designed. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed. Guest washer worked well, but dryer still did not have clothes dry after 90 minutes... had to iron them to get them somewhat dry, so that was wasted money. Reception was very pleasant and helpful. STYLISH AND MODERN HOTEL

I only had two days/one night in Genova, as I was taking a night bus to Bordeaux, and this hotel was nice and modern with excellent front desk staff. My room was a good size with a comfortable bed and pillows, fridge, wardrobe, work desk, TV, free WiFi but no luggage rack, so bag was open on the floor. The washroom was very nice, with a good shower, toiletries and towels. As I had an evening departure, they kindly stored my bags for me during the day. Breakfast is available in the lobby cafe. It was a touch more than I wanted to pay, but summer in Europe is bound to push the budget out. I’d stay here again.

Close to everything.

The hotel is in the middle of everything, lots of restaurants, cafe and shopping. Walkable to Piazza de Ferrari, Cathedral of San Lorenzo, old port, porta soprana and Christopher Columbus' house. Since it was Christopher Columbus day on October 12, we were able to see the parade. Clean, and spacious room and staffs were helpful.
