The place was within reasonable distance from the Disney port which is the perfect location to stay at, if you are going on a cruise. Rooms were clean and good size. Just a note if you will need transportation to the port make sure you do your booking the day you arrive. Spaces go fast.

Great location for night before cruise. Pricey for average accomodations but I think they rely on cruise crowd. No restaurants nearby so you have to Uber. Breakfast was typical free breakfast fare.

Amazing customer service

Had originally been given a room we didnt book, and this was taken care of immediately without fuss. Customer service was top teir! Good pool, great hottub. Comfy bed. Breafast was so-so, but the 24/7 coffee and tea makes up for it. Shuttle is a bit pricey compared to an uber.

Nice hotel stayed one night before cruise only issue was I reserved a shuttle to & from port only to find out there were not enough parking to leave my car at hotel cancelled shuttle drove & parked at port & saved about 50-60 dollars easy on & off boat parking at terminal!!!
