Good room service but poorly restaurant services
The front desk staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. However, I had an unpleasant experience with the restaurant staff. At around 11:30 a.m., I went to the restaurant to have a cup of coffee. Despite the food and drinks being displayed and the restaurant being empty, the employee refused to serve me. It would not have been difficult for them to make me a simple cup of coffee. In this situation, I believe the employee should have been more flexible and reasonable. I also noticed on a previous evening that another member of the restaurant staff was being difficult with a customer who had just arrived to join her partner for a meal. The hotel administration should review its services, whether the restaurant is part of the hotel or a third-party service, as situations like these can negatively impact the overall quality of service.

Overpriced place
The place was ok and the staff was very nice. However, the price was a steal. It is basically a hostel with few additional services. The place gets incredibly noisy. The air conditioning was not working.
